How Vistaarly works

No open negotiation. No off-platform handoffs. Every rupee held in escrow until you get what you paid for.

The short version

Vistaarly connects local businesses with local influencers — and makes sure the deal actually goes through safely on both sides. A business picks a fixed-price package, pays into escrow, the influencer delivers, and the money only moves once the work is confirmed. No haggling, no chasing payments, no "I'll pay after I see it."

Step by step

  1. Browse & pick. Buyers filter influencers by niche, city, and follower tier, and choose one of three fixed-price packages on their listing — no custom quotes, no back-and-forth.
  2. Pay into escrow. Payment is collected upfront via Razorpay and held safely by Vistaarly — it does not go to the influencer yet. The influencer is notified the moment payment clears.
  3. Content gets delivered. The influencer creates the content and shares it as a downloadable link (e.g. Google Drive) inside the platform — the buyer can open it and download the raw files directly.
  4. Buyer posts & tags. The buyer downloads the content and posts it, tagging the influencer as agreed. This is what confirms the content was actually used the way it was meant to be.
  5. Buyer approves. Once satisfied, the buyer hits Approve / Release Funds inside the platform — or raises a dispute instead if something's off. If neither happens within 72 hours, it's auto-approved, so influencers never get stuck waiting forever for a response.
  6. Money moves. The moment the buyer approves (or it auto-approves), escrow splits automatically: the influencer gets paid, Vistaarly keeps its commission. No manual invoicing, no follow-up.

What buyers actually get

You're not just paying for a post — you're paying for a guaranteed outcome. If the influencer delivers late, delivers something different from what was promised, or doesn't deliver at all, you don't lose your money. You raise a dispute and Vistaarly sorts it out with a real resolution: a refund, a reshoot, a partial refund, or (if the work was actually fine) release of funds to the influencer. You're never left arguing with a stranger over UPI.

Every listing tells you upfront exactly what you're getting — content type, number of posts/reels, usage rights, turnaround time — before you pay a rupee.

What influencers actually get

No more chasing brands for payment after you've already posted. The money is sitting in escrow before you even start work, so you know it's real. You set your tier once, and every buyer who books you is already agreeing to your fixed rate — no time wasted negotiating with people who were never going to pay what your content is worth.

How content actually reaches the buyer

Once the influencer finishes the work, they drop a download link (e.g. a Google Drive link) inside the booking on Vistaarly. The buyer opens it right there and downloads the raw content — no waiting on email attachments, no WhatsApp file-size limits.

The buyer then posts the content on their own page and tags the influencer, exactly as agreed on the listing. Once that's done, the buyer comes back to the booking and taps Approve / Release Funds — this is the moment the influencer actually gets paid out of escrow. If something's missing or wrong, the buyer raises a dispute instead of approving.

The whole exchange — the link, the download, the approval — happens inside Vistaarly, not over random chats. That means there's always a clear record of what was delivered and when, which is exactly what makes disputes resolvable instead of "he said, she said."

All communication stays on-platform

Buyers and influencers chat inside Vistaarly to sort out details of the booking — but the chat automatically filters out phone numbers, emails, and social handles. This isn't us being controlling — it's the thing that keeps escrow meaningful. The moment a deal moves off-platform, there's no payment protection and no dispute resolution for either side.

Why fixed pricing instead of negotiation?

Nano and micro creators lose real money in the back-and-forth of custom quotes — buyers lowball, deals drag on, and a lot of creators just settle for less than they're worth. Vistaarly removes that entirely: influencers are placed in a follower tier, each listing has three fixed packages within that tier's price band, and add-ons (rush delivery, extra revisions, extended usage rights) are flat-priced too. Everyone knows the price before anyone types a message.

Commission — no surprises

Buyers pay a 12.00% platform fee on top of the package price, shown clearly before checkout. Influencers have a 10.00% commission deducted from their payout — influencers on a paid subscription tier can get this reduced by up to 2%. There are no hidden charges added later.

Businesses can browse influencers right now and book a package in a few minutes. Influencers can list themselves and start getting booked without chasing a single DM. Either way, escrow has your back.
