Privacy Policy

This explains what data Vistaarly collects and how it's used.

Data we collect

Account info (name, email, phone number, business details for Buyers, social profile details for Influencers), payment metadata (via Razorpay — your card or UPI details never touch our servers, Razorpay handles that directly), booking and listing content, content you upload for delivery (e.g. Drive links, files), and in-app chat messages tied to a booking.

How we use it

To run the platform: create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, hold funds in escrow, show your listing to the right people, notify you about bookings, and resolve disputes if one comes up. We also use it to filter chat messages for contact info (phone numbers, emails, social handles) — this is what keeps escrow meaningful, so we scan for it, we don't read your chats for any other reason.

Who we share it with

Only the services we actually need to run Vistaarly: Razorpay for payments, ImageKit for storing and serving images, and our email provider for sending you account and booking notifications. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile info with us. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it — full stop.

Data we don't collect

We don't run cross-site ad trackers, and we don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run bookings, payments, and support.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use cookies for third-party advertising.

Data security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Payments go through Razorpay's secure infrastructure, not ours. Access to buyer/influencer data inside Vistaarly is limited to what's needed to run the platform and support you.

Retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. Financial records and audit logs (bookings, payments, payouts) are kept for 7 years, as required under Indian regulations, even if you close your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your account data at any time by emailing us. We'll act on it as soon as we can, except where we're legally required to keep certain records (like the financial data mentioned above).

Children

Vistaarly isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Vistaarly grows. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
